Bought my second new sled from them and all around great experience. Had issues with it (manufacturing problem not dealer) I brought it in and Mitch at the parts department was very helpful. Anyone looking for parts or general advice I recommend talking to Mitch at Transcona Trailer Sales! Not saying other employees are useless, just seems Mitch goes over and above to make the customer feel in "good hands"

Norm the service tech was great! Not much good to say about the girl at the service desk though. Dropped the furnace off Wed with instructions that we would pick it up Friday afternoon. I signed a form with this written on it. Was to be called with estimate to approve the work. After 4 to 5 calls to the desk between Thursday morning and Friday morning with nothing being done yet, we stopped in on our way back out of town. It hadnt even been looked at. In one of the calls we were told it would have to wait until Monday (!).

Norm the service tech was super helpful. He explained everything to us about our furnace, solved our problem and gave us other great advice!!

We have purchased our last 2 trailers from Transcona Trailer Sales and would recommend them to everyone. Our last purchase was a 2015 trailer and the staff have been more than helpful with any issues we have had. As customers we have to remind ourselves that they don't build these trailers and really aren't responsible if something breaks or doesn't work. They are there to help us out and correct the issues that arise. The staff are always very friendly and knowlegable and have always gone above and beyond to make sure our experience is great. Keep up the great work guys! We will definitely be buying our next trailer here again!

I want to send a big thanks out to mark and the phenomenal service department at tts. They took a bad situation that was in no way there problem and turned it into one of the best customer service experiences iv ever had dealing with a dealership. they worked with me and the factory and had my motor diagnosis and replacement done within a week and had me back on the trails. Aside from the great service department any time I am dealing with parts or sales i am met with very professional and knowledgeable staff that are always ready to answer any questions I may have and go above and beyond to have me set up for all my sledding needs . Looking forward to dealing with tts in the future.
