Transcona Trailer Sales is looking for a Full time and permanent RV/Sled/ATV Sales Representative that's motivated to help grow our business! What we're looking for: Your passion for following up on our existing untapped customer base as well as dealing with walk-in traffic will be rewarded through an aggressive and uncapped commission-driven pay plan. Ideally, you will have some experience helping customers in a sales setting such as in recreation, furniture, automotive, or real estate but that experience is not required. You will know how to use the tools of the trade such as phone, text, and computer to your advantage.

Essential Candidate Qualities:

• Attitude: A desire to take the lead to promote a top-notch customer experience selling new and used RVs, sleds, and ATVs.
• Creativity: Ability to generate ideas to help grow the business and improve customer care.
• Passion: Have the internal drive to want to know the product you sell inside and out.
• Motivation: You have the ability to work independently while still being part of a team, and you know that your earning potential is based on your work ethic and personal goals Transcona Trailer Sales is a family operated business, with owners that are here to support you every day and is an RV sales and volume leader in Manitoba since 1963.
